I think it is very important for women to become more familiar and relaxed around topics of finance, money and wealth creation. I think we need to learn the lingo and understand the jargon.

I know, I used to be turned off by this stuff too! I used to think it's too boring, too much hassle to get my head around it. But this was the very attitude that kept me from creating wealth!

We can blame other people for the fact that women are not as wealthy as men. But if we don't get involved in the world of money and learn how it works, we have only ourselves to blame. And believe me, once you get past the jargon and start investing, it soon becomes pretty exciting. Then you are motivated to understand it.

The real power of society is economic power. The way our society is structured is that whoever has most wealth, generally has most power and influence. Therefore, the unfinished agenda for feminism is to help women achieve economic power.

We have social and sexual liberation. Now let's have economic liberation. But, as always, we have to grab it for ourselves. No one's going to hand it to us on a plate.

The guys on the inside track of wealth, who understand how the world works and how the wheels of finance turn, are not going to come running to us women, begging us to learn their secrets and join the wealthy club. We have to do it ourselves. If we do not liberate ourselves, who is going to do it for us?
